Accordingly, Hostlica's service is bound by this Agreement provided by (i) the sponsoring registrar, (ii) ICANN, and/or (iii) the applicable registrar for such top-level domain TLD or country code top-level domain ccTLD". 2. PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO ALL REGISTRATIONS

Unless stated otherwise, the provisions of Section 2 below apply to all TDLs we submit inbound. The provisions specific to TLD or ccTLD domain names (in addition to the posted Registration Principles) are set forth later in this Agreement.

Registration Policies. You agree (at all levels) to be bound by all Registration Policies (as described above in this Agreement) applicable to the registration of your domain name. BEFORE YOUR TLD REGISTRATION, IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO VISIT THE APPLICABLE TLD SITE TO READ AND REVIEW ALL APPLICABLE REGISTRATION POLICY. Registration Requirements. Submitting an application, provided that any TLD or ccTLD requires eligibility (e.g. residency for .JP, .EU etc.), validity (e.g. DNS validation) or other authentication requirements as a condition for registering a domain name within the TLD; or by registering or renewing your domain name; (b) you have met and will continue to meet the eligibility criteria required by the Registration Policies for the applicable TLD for the duration of the domain name registration; (c) previously, represent and warrant (if applicable) that you have not submitted an application to another registrar, using the same eligibility criteria for the domain name, which that registrar refused; (d) even if the domain name is accepted for registration, your authorization to register the domain name may be blocked by other persons claiming to have authority over the domain name; and (e) if any of the required warranties are found to be false, incomplete or misleading, the registration or domain name You acknowledge and agree that the registrar may cancel the domain name registration.

Ownership. A domain name registration does not constitute to you, the registrar, or any other person any ownership of the name used as the domain name or the domain name registration, and that the entry of a domain name into the Registrar is the domain registered as the domain name. Domain Name Registrar's Compensation. You agree to plead guilty and hold (within 30 days of the request). Privacy or Power of Attorney Restriction. 3. FEES AND PAYMENTS

(A) GENERAL CONDITIONS, INCLUDING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL CONDITIONS

You agree to pay all prices and fees charged for the Services you have purchased or received on this Site when you order the Services. Hostlica reserves the right to change or adjust its fees and prices at any time, and such changes or adjustments are posted online on this Site and become effective immediately without further notice to you. If you have purchased or acquired the Services for a period of months or years, changes and adjustments to prices and fees will apply when such Services are renewed as detailed above.

Unless specifically stated otherwise (for example, for the reasons highlighted in Section 2(x) above), the renewal price for any domain name in any TLD is the same as the listing (non-discounted) price displayed in your cart when you search and select a domain name and again before purchasing. will be. (B) DOMAIN NAME RENEWAL TERMS

When registering a domain name, you have the following renewal options:

Automatic Renewal. Auto Refresh is a default setting. Domains are automatically renewed for a period equivalent to the length of your most recent renewal period for domain registration and payment will be taken from the Payment Method registered in the Hostlica account at the current rates of the Hostlica account. For example, if you have chosen to register your domain name for one (1) year, Hostlica will automatically renew that domain name for one (1) year. If you have chosen to register your domain name for (2) years, Hostlica will automatically renew that domain name for two (2) years and the renewal procedure will continue in this way.

Manual Refresh. If you choose to turn off auto-renewal and cancel the product with effect at the end of the then-current period (such as canceling domain registration), you can log in to the Account Manager and manually apply the renewal or by calling customer service (if you wish to renew the domain name). You can choose to manually renew the domain name at any time before the due date. If you fail to apply the renewal manually before the expiration date, the domain name will be canceled and you will no longer be able to use it.

All renewals will be subject to the terms of this Agreement, as amended from time to time, and You acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by the terms of this Agreement (as amended) for all renewed domain names. Domain name renewal fees are non-refundable. If for some reason we are unable to automatically renew the domain name with the selected renewal option, you may automatically renew your domain name registration for less than your initial registration period for long enough for the transaction to be successful. If, for any reason, Hostlica is unable to receive payment from your registered Payment Method and you are unable to respond to our notices, your domain name registration will expire. If you fail to renew your domain name within the periods specified in this Agreement, you agree that Hostlica, at its sole discretion, may renew your expired domain name on your behalf. If Hostlica decides to renew your expired domain name on your behalf, you have a Renewal Grace Period; During this period, you can pay Hostlica fees for renewal and keep your domain name. The Renewal Grace Period is currently twelve (12) days but is subject to change under the terms of this Agreement.

The recovery fee is currently $80.00 and is subject to change under the terms of this Agreement. If you do not recover your domain name before the 30-day payment recovery period expires, Hostlica may, at its sole discretion, delete your domain name or transfer it to another domain name on your behalf. During the recovery period, your domain can be parked.

In the event that your domain name is deleted, the Registration offers Hostlica a 30-day Usage Period, during which you can pay the usage fee and continue to use your domain name. The recovery fee is currently $80.00 and is subject to change under the terms of this Agreement. If you do not continue to use your domain name until the end of the Registration Term, it will be made available by the Registrar on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Renewal Grace Periods and the Payment and Recovery Grace Periods vary for different ccTLDs. Please refer to the relevant TLD-specific terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this paragraph and the ccTLD terms, the ccTLD terms will prevail.

(C) FREE PRODUCT TERMS

If you receive free products with the registration of a domain name, you acknowledge and agree that such products may only be used with a valid purchase and may be terminated upon deletion or cancellation of the domain name. For free domains, you acknowledge and agree that you will not change the account associated with such free domain name for five (5) days after registration. You agree not to transfer any domain name registered with Hostlica to any other registrar within the first sixty (60) days after the initial registration date. You agree that you may not transfer any domain name for ten (10) days following the Account Change.

Name, email address, postal address, telephone and fax numbers for technical and administrative contacts;
Internet protocol numbers for primary and secondary nameservers;

You acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by ICANN, the Hostlica service may benefit from publicly available information you provide during the registration process. You also agree to obtain their consent and proof of such consent for such use of the information they provide.

You grant the right to disclose to third parties the following information you are asked to provide through an interactive and publicly accessible database of records:

Domains and subdomains registered by you;

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY

You agree that you are subject to our applicable Dispute Resolution Policy. This agreement is incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. You agree to periodically review the Hostlica website to check for changes to the Dispute Resolution Policy. If you cancel or terminate your Services with Hostlica due to the changed Dispute Resolution policy, you will not be refunded any money.

In the event of a dispute arising from one (1) or more domain names that you have registered using Hostlica, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hostlica service as provided in this Agreement. In addition, if Hostlica receives notification that a complaint has been made through the government, judiciary or governing body regarding a domain name that you have registered using Hostlica, the Hostlica service, in its sole discretion, is deemed necessary to comply with the activities and requirements of the government, governing or judicial body, until the dispute is resolved, You also agree that Hostlica service will perform all the actions it deems necessary regarding additional changes, assignment and/or control in the domain name. 7. TRANSFER OF DOMAIN NAMES

If you transfer any domain name, you agree to provide the information required by the procedures and conditions set forth in our Domain Name Transfer Agreement and Change of Domain Name Agreement, and to comply with these procedures and conditions. To further protect your domain name, domains registered with Hostlica or transferred to Hostlica will be placed in a locked state unless claimed as specified in our Change of Registrant Agreement or Domain Name Attorney Agreement. 8. YOUR OBLIGATIONS, SUSPENSION OF SERVICES, BREACH OF CONTRACT

To the best of your knowledge, you represent and agree that the registration of the domain name or its direct or indirect use does not violate the legal rights of any third party. You will comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to those relating to privacy, data collection, consumer protection, fair credit, debt collection, organic farming, data disclosure, and financial disclosures. If you collect and maintain health-related and financial data, you must implement reasonable and appropriate security measures commensurate with these services as defined by applicable law. Hostlica and the domain name registrar, in the sole discretion of Hostlica or the domain name registrar, refuse, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or impose any registration lock, suspension or similar action on any domain name, as it deems necessary: You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to: (i) comply with the specifications followed by any industry group generally deemed authoritative regarding the Internet (e.g. RFCs), (ii) any domain name registration or registrar (iv) comply with all applicable court orders, laws,(vi) to comply with applicable ICANN rules or regulations, including but not limited to the registration agreement, (vii) the registrar as well as its business partners, affiliates, to avoid civil or criminal liability on the part of its officers, directors and employees, (viii) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, (ix) in the event of unauthorized activities described in Section 8 below, or (x) in the resolution of a dispute.(vii) to avoid civil or criminal liability on the part of the registrar as well as its business partners, affiliates, officers, directors and employees; or (x) during the resolution of a dispute.(vii) to avoid civil or criminal liability on the part of the registrar as well as its business partners, affiliates, officers, directors and employees; or (x) during the resolution of a dispute.

Your complete failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any Hostlica rules or policies will be deemed by Hostlica a material breach of this Agreement and Hostlica may provide you with notice of such breach in writing or electronically (e-mail). Hostlica may terminate its relationship with you and take any corrective action available to Hostlica in accordance with applicable law if you fail to provide concrete proof within (10) business days that you have not breached your Hostlica obligations. This corrective action may be taken without notice to you and may include, but is not limited to, the cancellation of the registration of any of your domain names and the services provided to you by Hostlica. You will not receive any refunds if your services are canceled or terminated due to a violation.

Failure to act or notify you of any infringing activity by Hostlica does not change the fact that you have violated or be considered an excuse for violation.

9. RESTRICTION OF SERVICES, RIGHT TO REJECT

If you host your domain name system (“ DNS ”) on Hostlica servers or use our systems to point a domain, URL or other content to a system or site hosted elsewhere, or if your domain is registered with Hostlica, it is your responsibility to verify that there are no overloads on Hostlica servers . You may not use Hostlica servers and your domain name as a source, intermediary, return address, or destination address for mail bombs, internet strangulation, packet spoofing, or other abusive attacks. Server hacking or other security breaches are prohibited. If Hostlica determines that your site is the recipient of activities that threaten the stability of the network, Hostlica reserves the right to disable your domain name from its DNS.

You acknowledge that Hostlica may, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, refuse to accept the registration of any domain name. Hostlica may also, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, unregister any domain name within the first thirty (30) days following registration.

If Hostlica rejects a registration or deletes an existing registration within the first thirty (30) days after registration, you will receive a refund for all fees paid to Hostlica in connection with the canceled or rejected registration. If Hostlica unregisters a domain name used in association with spam or morally objectionable activities, there will be no refunds.

10. DEFAULT SETTINGS, PARKED PAGE

Choosing Your Domain Name Settings. When you sign up for a domain with Hostlica, you will be prompted to select your domain name settings during the checkout process. If you plan to use another provider for your website or hosting needs, you will need to enter that provider's nameservers when choosing your domain name settings. This action redirects your domain name from Hostlica nameservers to other servers. If you are a Hostlica customer and have already created a customer profile by specifying your domain name settings for new domain registrations, you do not need to complete this step again during the checkout process.

Hostlica Default Settings. Hostlica will point your domain name to a “ Parked Page ” (“ Default Setting ”) if you do not point your domain away from the Hostlica nameservers as outlined above . You acknowledge that Hostlica reserves the right to set the Default Setting.

Parked Page Default Setting. The Hostlica Parked Page service is an online domain monetization system designed to monetize (through the use of pay-per-click advertising) domains that are not being actively used by websites. If your domain is redirected to the Parked Page, the Hostlica service, browser pop-up or drop-down windows, banner ads, display both (a) internal advertisements (containing links to Hostlica products and services) and (b) third-party advertisements (containing links to third-party products and services) on your Parked Page through the use of audio and video streams or any other advertising medium, and cookies You acknowledge and agree that we may collect relevant usage data for our own use, and through a similar tool. You further acknowledge and agree that all internal and third-party advertising will be selected by Hostlica and its advertising partners, as appropriate, and that you are not allowed to customize the ad or receive any compensation for it. third-party advertisements displayed on Hostlica Parked Pages, Please note that it may contain offensive content, including but not limited to links to adult content. Hostlica makes no effort to regulate, control, monitor or limit the content and third party advertisements displayed on Hostlica Parked Pages and assumes no responsibility or liability to you or any third party in connection therewith.

Changing Hostlica Default Settings. You can change the Hostlica Default Settings at any time during the term of your domain name registration.

Content Displayed on Your Parked Page. You cannot change the content displayed on your Parked page. You can choose one of the other options listed below.

Join the Domain Name Monetization System. If you are interested in taking part in the domain monetization potential offered by the Hostlica Parked Page service, please review our CashParking® service and decide whether to purchase it.

No Content. If the options listed above are not suitable for you, please contact customer service to learn about other options that may be suitable for you.

Restore Parked Page Default Setting After Domain Name Expiration Date. After the domain expiration date and regardless of how you use your domain name for the duration of your domain registration, your domain will automatically revert to the Parked Page Default Setting described above. As used in this paragraph, “expiration date” is also assumed to include the “renewal period” or “recovery period” immediately after the domain name expires but before the domain name returns to registration. Once your domain has reverted to the Parked Page Default Setting described above, the only way to disable the Parked Page service is to renew, pay for recovery, or re-register your domain name in accordance with Section 2(B) of this Agreement.

11. DOMAIN NAME ADD-ONS

Institutional Registration : Institutional registration; allows you to display additional information about the business on which your domain is based, including but not limited to your fax number, street address, and hours of operation.

Term Consolidation. You acknowledge that the validity period consolidation service can only be used to synchronize the expiration dates of .com and .net domain names. This service cannot be used to synchronize domains that are in a Registrar BLOCK, Registration BLOCK or Transfer pending state. You agree that the Service may only use your Domain names for a period of at least one (1) month forward and up to ten (10) years and only for a period of up to twelve (12) months. The new expiration date cannot be canceled when the service and domain names are synchronized. You may use this service only once per domain in a 12-month period to prevent abuse or use as an alternative to renewal. The service can only be used on domains that have not expired. To change the expiration again, you must first renew the domain name. You understand and agree that the Service may only be used to synchronize domain names for which we are the domain registrar. Domain names not registered with us must be transferred in order to use the Service.

Discount Domain Club. In exchange for purchasing a Discounted Domain Club membership, you purchase discounted products and services from us, including discounts for certain domain name registrations, one (1) free Auction account, one (1) free Earn Parking account and Domain Buy Service discounts. You must maintain your membership as long as you have free or discounted products or services purchased with us. If you do not renew your subscription without canceling the discounted domain registration or other services, we will automatically renew your products and services at the normal prices in effect at the time of renewal and charge your registered Payment Method. You cannot purchase discounted products or services or use your free accounts until you pay the Membership Agreement fee. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Order/Track. You agree that an expired domain name will be subject to a twelve (12) day grace period, followed by a thirty (30) day grace period for payment recovery purposes as mandated by ICANN. During this period, the existing registrant can renew the domain name and maintain its registration rights. We do not guarantee that your back-order will result in your acquisition of the domain name, and we expressly reserve the right to (a) refuse additional back-orders or (b) cancel existing back-orders at any time for any reason. If your backorder is declined or cancelled, we agree to promptly refund the fees paid for that domain name backorder. The domain can also be put on the secondary market for resale through the Auctions® service. After the first year of your Auctions membership, You agree that we will automatically renew your Auctions subscription using your registered payment method for the duration of your pre-order credit, unless otherwise stated. You can learn more about Auctions by visiting the Auctions website. In addition, the domain name may undergo a pooling process before it becomes available for purchase. You agree that we and our domain registrar partners will use our services, including pre-order. Pre-order any domain name under .COM, .NET, .US, .BIZ, .INFO, .ORG, .MOBI top-level domains. A domain name pre-order includes the price of domain name registration for a maximum of one year. If you successfully pre-order any domain name, you are subject to the terms and conditions of the Domain Name Registration Agreement and any related agreements incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Change your pre-order until you get a domain name. You have the ability to switch the credit to a different domain name until you successfully acquire a domain name. We reserve the right to remove the credit if the credit is not used after three (3) years.

Monthly subscription to an expiring domain name list. You may also choose to purchase a subscription to a list of domains that will expire in five (5) days. If you subscribe to the expiring domain name list, you agree that your registered payment method may be charged on a monthly subscription basis for the term of the Services you purchase.

Select the domain name from the list of expired domains you want to register. Each domain you wish to pre-order will include a domain name registration fee for up to one year as stated in subsection (i) above.

Monitor your currently registered domains at no additional charge for changes in registrar, status, expiration, or nameservers.

Subscription to Domain Alert Professional Edition or monitoring service, which allows you to monitor any currently registered domain name, regardless of the domain registrar, for tracking status changes history and identifying multiple email notification addresses.

Domain Name Protections Domain Property Rights Protection generally allows you to take the following actions: (i) For domains with the auto-renew setting enabled, the domain name is lost due to an expired credit card or an invalid payment method as a result of error, normal expiration prevent by protecting the domain name for ninety (90) days from the date of; and (ii) lock it in your account at your domain.

HOWEVER, THIS SERVICE DOES NOT PREVENT TRANSFERS ARISING FROM PURCHASING YOUR DOMAIN ON THE Hostlica PLATFORMS, INCLUDING PREMIUM POSTINGS, REGARDING WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE REGISTRATION PROTECTION SERVICE.

When you purchase the service for a domain name or for all domains, auto-renewal functionality is enabled for each domain name and these names cannot be transferred until the date you choose to sell the above-mentioned domain or remove the service. You also acknowledge and agree that you have carefully reviewed the circumstances of purchasing the Service and that the Service will prevent you from transferring domain names from which you have purchased the Service. Moreover; You acknowledge and agree that the Service includes additional steps to verify domain ownership prior to opt-outs. While you have the option to disable the Service at any time, the Service is subject to our Refund policy; You acknowledge and agree that you may not be entitled to a refund.

Premium Domain Listing and Purchasing Services

Description of Service

The Premium Domain Name Listing and Purchase Service (“Service”) is provided only to facilitate the sale and purchase of currently registered domain names and not for sale or purchase of the content of the associated website. Hostlica offers a location and transaction facilitation process and will receive the specified amount of commission for each completed transaction. Hostlica is not an escrow institution. Therefore, Hostlica does not guarantee the quality, security or legality of most domain names. Domain names in the list can be removed at any time by the seller or by us. You acknowledge and agree that your transaction will be managed under the “Transaction Assurance” implemented by Hostlica. Using Hostlica "Transaction Assurance", You authorize Hostlica to perform the tasks necessary to complete the transaction on your behalf.
